Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Moonlings, a service operated by Moonlings AI LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Moonlings. Questions: hi@moonlings.ai.

The service

Moonlings is a small overnight crew of AI agents that research and prepare reports for small-business owners — built on Anthropic’s Claude. You assign a job, and the crew works overnight and delivers a report by morning.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may only connect third-party accounts (such as Gmail) that you own or are authorized to use.

AI-generated content — verify before you act

Reports are generated by AI from public web sources and any data you connect, and they can be incomplete or wrong. Moonlings is a research assistant, not a professional advisor — its output is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Confirm anything important against the cited sources before you rely on or act on it.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Moonlings for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its rate limits.
• Don’t connect accounts you don’t have the right to access.

Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Moonlings to access it as described in our Privacy Policy — read-only, for the purpose of preparing your reports. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which revokes that access going forward.

Billing & trials

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• Free trials require a card on file; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to paid.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Third-party services

Moonlings relies on third-party providers (including Anthropic, Google, Stripe, and others). Your use of connected third-party services is also subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for their availability or actions.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the service or its output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonlings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decisions you make based on its output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Moonlings and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice in the product or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
